PCSO visits community event

On Friday 12th September PCSO HALL had the privilege of attending a community bowls session at Chacewater Bowling Club with the Sociables, a group of people with learning disabilities from the Chacewater area who meet regularly to engage in social events. The aim of the visit was to combat any negative perceptions of the police, to explain the role of a PCSO and to emphasise the help that police provide to the public along with talking to them about their life experiences. PCSO HALL had never played bowls before and so it was great to learn something new alongside the group members and it was a pleasure to meet them all.
